This opportunity is not an hourly position. Tax Bae tax professionals are compensated on a funded-return basis. Compensation is earned only when a client you prepare is successfully funded and receives their tax refund through the approved funding process. You understand and agree that if a client is not funded, no compensation will be paid for that return. Compensation tiers, commission structure, and payment terms will be fully discussed and provided prior to the execution of a Tax Bae Enterprises Independent Contractor Agreement.
